Alhamdulillah... Today cukup seminggu umur baby n telah seminggu aku melahirkan baby...
Terima kasih atas kurniaanNya kepadaku, seorang princess yg comel dan cantik..

There are few lesson learn:
To avoid baby kuning,Masa awal2
please dont take Healin Gamogen, pati ikan haruan, jamu-jamu,halia, black paper etc..
At least please avoid those things 2-4weeks lepas delivery, hati and kidney baby masih lg x matured enough to process the toxic..
Itulah, what that we eat during lactating, baby will too..
Cabaran utk bf..
Now, i could not bf baby sbb the healin contamination, what i can do is pump the milk out n simpan dlm peti..
Hopefully boleh discharged today with baby. Many things todo especially daftar surat beranak sbb ayahnya nk blk lepas raya haji...
Ya Allah, permudahkanlah urusanku dan keluargaku... Amin

In labour..

InshaAllah, today will be induced tp nampak gayanya x yah induced sbb already dah buka 4 cm... Cuma kena buat drip sbb nk bg ada contraction. CTG td takde contraction... Hopefully semuanya senang n as per plan... Owh, perlu ke aku nk amik epidural? Risau pun ada juga ni...
Dlm kul 7-8 sorong ke labour room... Doakan ya... Maafkan segala kesalahan n halalkan mkn minumku... Amin..

Discharged

Alhamdulillah, today dah bleh balik ke rumah mak....
Balik kertih x dibenarkan sbb now saat2 kritikal..
Right now is 35 weeks and td Dr kata kita tunggu sampai 38 weeks ya.. That means another 3 weeks yg aku x dpt pergi ke kerja.. Waaa.. Cammana ni? Itu x termasuk my maternity leave for 2 month... Hopefully my superior memahami n bleh terima keadaan ini...
Hubby gone off to work and might be in on call basis for me in case kalau baby ni nk kuar cepat cam kakak2 dia.. 36 weeks.. Harap sgt dapat beranak lepas aidiladha and dapat makan makanan raya n bukan tgh pantang time tu.. Huhuhu..
Anyway, semoga dipermudahkan segalanya... Amin..

Missing my princess soo much. Hubby blk for work tomorrow... Yerlah, cuti dia pun dah nk abish dah.. Nk simpan utk baby lahir lg, nk simpan in case emergency.. Many thingshaooen thus year, myself sakit, mek sakit, preggy sumer... Mmg cubaan n nk tgk kita kuat or not...
Yes, i must be strong... Ya Allah, permudahkanlah urusanku n keluargaku...

As for my condition today, ubat high blood bcozmy bp 149/89.. Tinggi tu... Cobtraction medication.. Ubat tambah darah, ubat selesema etc sbb jangkit with hubby the flu...
Cuma myself us being soo sleepy, Dr say it is side effect from high blood medication... Letih n rasa berputar2...
Owh my nose even berdarah today... Might be bcoz of high blood or i sength hibgus kuat sgt...
Harap2 semuanya baik2 shj n aku dikurniakan anak yg solehah.... Amin...

Today warded...
High blood monitoring, kaki n muka sembap n air ketuban pun kurang... So, admitted to rest n monitoring...
Seksanya.. Let me describe what i gone through this first day:
1. Ctg
2. Ambil darah n urine
3. Cucuk ubat utk mematangkan lungs baby (this must do 2 times dlm masa 12 hours) sgt sakit ok... Ubat dia sgt pekat sampai lepas dia cucuk kat b***ot pun rasa ubat itu melalui saluran darah kita.. Another 1 shot tonite.. Wish me luck..
4. Bp n temperature monitoring

Owh, cukup itu shj.. Mummy nk rest... What a day...

Ps; owh, today i br 35 weeks n tgh kena pikir might be akan start cuti maternity dah...

RAMADHAN...

huhuhu... Today malas nak update pasal my operation... :)
KEs rindu kat hubby punya pasal kat KERT*IH nun jauh disana.. :)
but the pain is still there...(ngilu, berdenyut-denyut, and sakit juga masa baby bergerak)
Today the 8th day... lambatnya nak cepat sembuh ni...
kepingin sgt nak makan SCALLOP and pergi berCUTI kat tpt tu...
Mr Hubby, kalau baca ni... lepas 40 hari pantang operation ni... please..please..please...
Dinda kepingin nak makan dinner scallop and pergi bercuti babymoon....

Owh ya... Ahad ni tgk anak bulan...
InshaAllah, Isnin ni kita akan menyambut 1st Ramadhan and semua umat islam di Malaysia and maybe seluruh dunia kot... akan menjalani ibadah berpuasa.. Selamat berpuasa diucapkan...
Sebut pasal puasa.. Alahmdulillah... saya telah selamat menperabihkan all the puasa ganti...
Peringatan to myself and all, lenkali jgn ganti lambat2... we will not know what will happen in the future kan..
like myself.. org lain, time2 preggy bleh makan macam2 bleh demand macam2... tapi myself... kena pantang sbb operate... then kena hospitalize 2 kali plak tuh... tak termasuk lagi bila beranak nanti....

Hurm... I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo THANKFUL to ALLAH SWT for giving a PERFECT husband as Hubby... Thank you and syukur...
Abang, thank you for being the ONE.. and jaga Ana and berada ngan Ana sebelum dan sentiasa mengawasi ana selepas Operation Day... I am the one and only lucky lady in the whole wide world (yg diketahuilah) :)
Kalau yg tgk citer Nora Elena tuh... Seth itu benar2 wujud... You might not be perfect sayang.. but you are my only ONE.... and Love you for that...

Hurm... klah... rasa cam nak gi tgk Alkulilyah and disuruh tengok.. :)

My operation day

After the operation...
Ovarian cyst operation..
Yes, i am 23 weeks pregnant with 7x5cm of cyst at my left ovary...
Doctor and us have detected the cyst since my early pregnancy..
With hoping it will goes away tpmalangnyax..
Akhirnya, i have to undergo an open operation instead of loparoscope...
I went to hospitaliZed on tuesday early july month..
Unfortunately, my bronchitis does not allow for operation sbb tge operation involves general bius..
Off i went to rest on bed at home..
Tuesday,warded again and went for dr mat rifin checkup n bius dato dr azhar
And they say its ok for me to undergo the operation..
Alhamdulullah with Allah permission, after signing forms for the operation,
Thursday on 10am i were wheeled to the operation room..
Masa tu mmg berdebar, siap minta maaf semua..
Masuk tunggu one operation habih dobe by dr ariza.. Dasat ya..
She can do 2-3 operation tanpa rest... Sambung...

Ovarian Cyst

Assalamualaikum...
Alhamdulillah.. I am preggy with a second semester of pregnency...
At first my Gynea found there is a cyst at my ovary... I was like.. what is it.. so she said she wanted to observe and monitor the cyst...
weeks after weeks and months... during my 21st week. Dr seems like the cyst is growing bigger...
i must have an operation this week juga....
cyst 7x4cm is quite besar kot? I hardly jalan dengan banyaknya despite my kandungan only 5 month old.
hurm..
minta doakan semuanya ok and the operation will go on smoothly..

1st day Hospitalize..

ya allah... Permudahkan segalanya... semoga c n syazwani's major,operation duplex system di permudahkan...
Anakku, ummi sangat sayang padamu...
semoga dengan pembedahan ini adik akan sembuh dr infection demam yang slalu adik kena tu... Moga pembedahan ini berjaya, berjalan dgn lancar dan adik cepat sembuh....
ummi sebenarnya tak tahu samada nk bg bedah adik ke tak... Tp umi risik semua suruh bedah and Dr kat Rantau yg slalu adik pergi also Dr Lee kat KSH sumer suh adik bedah...
So ummi berdoa and bertawakkal semoga pembedahan ini berjaya.. amin...

Today is a hectic day for Syazwani, abang and me...

Today Syazwani is admitted @ SJMC under Dr Gun Pakar Paed Surgeon...Referred by Dr Lee at Kuantan Specialist Hospital...Dr Lee recomend him as he is pakar dalam paed and pernah pisahkan "kembar siamese" yang becantum kt kepala...

The Dr was friendly... Knowledgeble and etc...



But the waiting for a single room to be done cleaning was like 'Lamanyaaa'...

We've been waiting for 2.5hours

But alhamdulillah the MCU and IVP went out terrificcally (ada ke word tu?) although we have to done it both on 2 days besides 1 day as planned because the visible of duplex system makes the dye to be visible on the ureter and would make the ivp double marked....

What is MCU?
M.C.U. - Micturating Cysto-Urethrogram.
This is where they insert a tube (catheter) into the bladder through the urethra. The bladder is slowly filled with fluid and then pictures are taken. When the x-ray examination is done it is usual for the bladder to be filled until the urine passes back down around the catheter and then the catheter is removed.
Pictures will show the structure of the urethra. Some children have a blockage to this tube. This test is very good and sensitive for detecting ureteric reflux, which is common if your child has a duplex system. Thanks to source.

What is IVP?
intravenous pyelogram (IVP) - a diagnostic imaging technique, which uses an x-ray to view the structures of the urinary tract. An intravenous contrast of dye is given so that the structures can be seen on film. An IVP also reveals the rate and path of urine flow through the urinary tract.

Later, the next day, Dr insist us to have an operation to be done because the kidney and ureter will become enlarge if we still wait. also still, this operation is a must to avoid her to get any infection anymore....

So, we agreed and planned to make it during this Deepavali season (3days of cuti) al least this can help us not to ambil banyak cuti sbb annual leave dah habih....

So, doa banyak2 semuanya ok....

Alhamdulillah My 2nd daughter dibenarkan balik after completed 5 days of antibiotic at KSH.

Actually she got Viral Fever. Kecian dia.. masa kat dalam ward tuh ada kuar merah2 kat tubuh... Dr Lee said "It's a good sign sbb merah-merah tuh menandakan bahawa tubuh kita react with the virus and menang... lagi banyak merah2 tuh lagi bagush..
Alhamdulillah she's back to normal and dah merayap ke sana2kemari.. sangatlah active skali...

Balik rumah, her big sister tengah demam selesema... Today dah 3 hari dah demam... Kecian.. malam2 tak bley titon sbb batuk n ada kahak.. Asyik nak berkepit ngan Ayah dia jerk.... Agaknya sekarang ni mmg musim demam selesema kot.. I myself did not feel well and rasa cam nak demam jerk....

Kecian..Strawberry jarang demam.. tapi kali ni bila demam mmg sangan kecian.. today dah 3 hari selesema.. hopefully tomorrow sayang will be better ya...Badan dia pun dah surut dan kurus sekarang.. takde dah isi2 yang pejal...

THis friday and saturday my 2nd baby akan buat MCU and nuclear test for the duplex system kidney at SJMC.. Doakan beliau sihat ya... Doakan semuanya berjalan dgn lancar. Semoga Allah SWT permudahkan dan beri keselamatan kepada urusan kami ini...

SEtiap hari ummi doakan Kesihatan yang baik, panjang umur, kepandaian dan kebijaksanaan ke jalan Allah, kesejahteraan, dimurahkan rezeki dan diberikan petunjuk drpd Allah SWT ke jalan yg benar...

Raya (Part 1)

This year Raya is "Raya yang amat dinanti-nantikan" oleh kami sekeluarga. Mana tidaknya, balik kampung beramai-ramai....
This year Ayah mi and family (Ayahmi, Makcik and Atikah) will join us with Mama, Mok and Maksu to Kelantan. Mama and geng (mok, maksu, ayahmi, makcik midah and atikah) came to Kertih one day earlier before we all bertolak to Kelantan which is Khamis 18/9/2009.
Then, berbuka beramai2 di rumah Rantau Bukit which is I do masak paprik and kari sotong... muhahahaa... turn out licin... :) tak sempat sahur... ayah mi beli air tuak... aduus sgt tak sedap.. :) then, we all berbuka beramai2, makan banyak2, borak2, the children main2 happily, sleep sesak2.. .maklumlah ada 1 bilik tetamu jerk and sahur ramai2..
Then, keesokkannya the journey of 'balik kampung' started.... jeng...jeng...jeng... :)

1 day before Raya : AS last day of Ramadhan this year, we plan to go back to hometown early morning tp as usual end up tak lah early sgt dalam kul 11am lebey2 bertolak.... 2 car.. Driver : abang sayang and maksu....
Off we go back to home sweet hometown at Kelantan melalui jalan jerangau jabor... Tak ikut jalan pantai sbb takut jem (i tought KL jerk yg jem)...
Jalan mmg sgt tak besh and berlekuk-lekuk...Berhenti beli akkok kat Kg JAwa, Pasir Puteh and to Pasir Mas Bazaar Ramadhan to beli lauk pauk... Then beramai-ramai mernyerbu to rumah "Mek" untuk berbuka puasa... Wow.. sgtlah ramainya....
Dgn all abg's abang and kakak except Abg Ha datang untuk berbuka puasa... Mmg nak pecah rumah Mek.. :) Ramai sangat... But it was great... anak menantu and saudara beramai2 berbuka puasa rumah mek...
Later, after isyak prayer we headed off to Ketereh to stay one night before the Hari Raya...

1st raya :

Owh.. NGantuklah pula... Can I continue tomorrow? :) Ngantuk.. :)
Actually right now I am at Kuantan Speciallist Hospital after Syazwani being warded for "Viral FeveR"... I'll story later... Now Need Sweet Sleep.. :) Nitie Night... :)

Syukur ke Allah SWT kerana telah mengurniakan kesihatan kepada seluruh keluargaku..

C N Syazwani sudahpun keluar daripada hospital 13/3/2009 lepas.
Alhamdulillah kencing dia clear and infection dah takde setelah dibuat "culture test". Now, she's on medication and minggu ni kena jumpa Dr Lee balik for follow up.

You are a great girl sayang.. Kuat ya..

Demam ooo Demam.. Kebah cepat ya..

My Newborn child : Che Nur Syazwani M Zaki is in hospital (KSH). High fever 39.2celcius when in Klinik Rantau PETRONAS..Syazwani kena amik darah.. kecian dia nangis, ummi pun nangis gak.. Dr refer to PAED specialist at Kuantan sbb white blood count tinggi and we know she had duplex system...
This is the first time being me dgn anak yg demam. Thank GOD Syahirah (1st) kuat and tak nah demam... Syukur...
At KSH, we went to ER (emergency room) sbb ahad cuti. skali lg syazwani kena cucuk for letak drip plak tapi dr tuh tak dapat buat(vein kecik katanya, dahlah 2 tpt. sib baik hubby yg ada, if I am there, mau aku sepak jerk dr tuh.. sakit ok, syazwani siap nangis2 Super diper punya.. ni plak budak kecik).
Then checked in bilik 110 and kena cucuk drip skali lg (skejap je Dr Lee buat), amik darah n kencing..
Air kencing:
Clear (alhamdulillah) except ada protein sket (biasa kata dr sbb kalu kita sakit mmg kencing ada protein),
Darah :
hemoglobin rendah (ni mmg ngikut Ummi dia sbb ummi dia mmg slalu x ckp darah) tapi bleh ok dgn mkn supplement.
Kiranya sumer clearlah.. Alhamdulillah..
Because of Duplex System, Dr Lee (Syazwani's Paed) takes extra precaution to warded her at least 3 days...after 3 days, kena amik darah n air kencing lg. If takde infection ok, if ada kena amik antibiotik selama 7 days..
Harap2 semua clear and takde infection...
So... here I am terkurung and "internet"ing (thanks hubby bawakan lappy and beli Celcom WIFI)... Takdela boring sgt and hope to siapkan PPA before dateline 11 march ni...

Get well soon my lovely baby syazwani... Ayah and Ummi nk Syazwani sihat and ceria semula yaa... Dapat balik jumpa KakLong...

Ya Allah, sihatkanlah anakku ini, permudahkan semua dan sembuhkanlah penyakit ini...
